Salon Policies
It is recommended that you schedule your services as far in advance as possible to ensure that your scheduling requests are met. You may request a reservation by sending an email to [email protected] or via this website.
As a courtesy, please give a minimum 24 hour notice if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment. Should the appointment be cancelled within 24 hours, a $20 reschedule fee will apply. Clients who violate the cancellation policy may be asked to prepay for future services.
Arrival more than 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time is considered a no show, and the appointment is cancelled. It is imperative that you adhere to this policy as we are entering the busy season.
There will be no children in the salon unless they are scheduled for an appointment for reasons of liability as well as customer comfort and quality of service.
For your convenience, cash, all major credit cards, and personal checks are accepted. Please note that there is a $50 fee on all returned checks.
